From Edwardsville Il Jason is a three-location business owner and also founder of Agency Intelligence. Jason has been an agent since 2001, and in 2008 became CIC. In 2009 he was appointed to the National Young Agents Council for the Big I. In 2011 he was appointed to the Chairman of the National YAC and he served that post till October 2013.
Since the beginning of social media and digital marketing, Jason has been requested to speak across America directly to agents. He displays a unique look and direction for the future of the independent insurance agency system. He runs his agency like no other.
Jason is the author of Customer Service is Just Foreplay and is working on his second book, The Great Separator: Neon.

Wessly J. Anderson
Growing up Wess worked in his Fathers tech company. Since the late 90’s his passion has always been technology and outsourcing. Later in life Wess wanted to help a industry that struggled with technology. He started his first insurance agency in Salt Lake City, Utah. He later started a completely separate insurance agency in Los Angeles, California. Technology and outsourcing are still his passion to this day, which is why he recently started a outsourcing virtual assistant company Agency VA that specializes in the insurance sector. Running all three companies keeps Wess busy, but he still finds time to be with his wife and 4 children.
Tyler Siddens brings 20 years of specialized commercial insurance experience to his clients. Tyler has developed an exclusive sales consulting and coaching program to help agency owners grow their commercial lines business. His program offers insurance professionals an opportunity to learn sales tactics that leverage relationships by counteracting the prevailing culture of “price-focused” selling.
Previously, Tyler worked for Federated Insurance, and Liberty Mutual Insurance, before joining CMS in 2003. He works with agency owners across Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana and Missouri. In 2014, Tyler was named PIA Marketing Rep of the Year and has been proudly involved in PIA for many years.
Keith A. Savino
Keith A. Savino, CPIA, is President of the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents (PIA). He is a managing partner & COO at Broadfield Group (previously known as W.R.G.)—a regional “traditional” agency with roots to the 1800s. WRG has locations in New Jersey and New York.
Savino was president of Professional Insurance Agents of New Jersey from 2011-12. He was named PIANJ’s Director of the Year in 2002 and 2005. He has served on many of the association’s boards and committees.
Keith’s industry experience ranges from specialty and property/casualty insurance program management, agency operations and insurance marketing and sales. He is heavily committed to the industry and has been for more than 30 years, with a prime focus on the benefits of technology.
Savino sat on the ACORD board of directors from 2004-16, and was a member of the executive committee/vice chair. ACORD is the industry standards body for the insurance industry. He served as vice chair of standards for the industry. He chaired the Professional/Specialty Lines workgroup to standardize the related lines: E&O, D&O, etc. Keith is also Past Chairman of NetVU (Network of Vertafore Users), Past President of the user group for Ebix Inc., the 3rd largest software vendor for agency systems, and Past President of the AIMS Society (Society of Certified Professional Insurance Agents).
He has been instrumental in PIA National’s Buy Button initiative, an evolutionary step to bring insurance agencies to the digital process of selling coverage to their clients. Many call Savino the “Father of the Buy Button.”
He is a past president of the Society of Certified Professional Insurance Agents (CPIA), the nationally recognized organization dedicated to professionalism in insurance. Keith also is active in the industry action group AUGIE, where he sits on the AUGIE Leaders Council.
Keith is also a sought-after speaker nationally and presents seminars at various industry functions. He helped create the Leadership Development series for the Young Insurance Professionals (YIP), and is certified to teach the designation program for the AIMS society. He has been published or featured in many industry publications including: Agent & Broker Magazine, Rough Notes, Inside Acord, TAAR and PIA Connection magazine.
Steve W. Vasseur
Steve Vasseur is an independent agent from Paducah, Kentucky. He owns 4 P&C agencies in the western Kentucky area.Born and raised in Paducah, Steve began his carrier with Combined Insurance Company in 1979 selling Accident and Health insurance. After a few years, Steve moved on to Woodmen of the World where his career in the industry really began to prosper. For 5 years straight, Steve sold at least 200 Life policies per year.Steve quickly rose to be a top producing agent with Woodmen; leading the state in sales and ranking 37th in the nation out of over 1,200 agents.
For the past 2 years, Steve has been the #1 sales leader for Kentucky Home Life Insurance and has been a top P&C producer for Kentucky National Insurance for over a decade. Steve is a past President of NAIFA in the western KY area. He was also LUTCF senior chairman for 15 years and has served on the Governor of Kentucky’s Health Advisory Board.
Steve has taught numerous pre-licensing and continuing education classes over the past 25 years throughout Kentucky. Steve is an avid golfer and still resides in Paducah with his wife. They have 6 grandchildren.
Mike Lerman received a B.S. in Biochemistry from Cal Poly in 1975 and a Master’s of Healthcare Administration from Central Michigan in 1987. He served as an Army Officer for 20 years in hospital laboratory management He then became a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and was later hired by Anthem of Ohio to oversee the implementation and manage the TRICARE Service Centers at Ft. Campbell and Fort Knox, KY. He has now been with Colonial Life for 21 years. Colonial Life’s book of business is 65% broker-driven. Mike’s book is almost 100%.
